Too much carb for a mild 350, a 650 would perform better, and probably do better on fuel mileage, too..... Might also want to consider a hydraulic roller for the cam, Edelbrock has a number of selections that will work great with their heads....maybe even consider the whole Edelbrock "Power Package", all the components are engineered to work very well together. As for the Summit rocker arms, they're just import junk. Might want to look for a better set then that.....
