The World of Carbs is still a mystery to me for the most part. im Looking for a new Carburetor for my 383 stroker in my 79 Camaro.

In my research i found these 3 that Carbs that caught my eye. any thoughts?

+Will i be good running a 650 or should i go towards a 750?
my set up will include a moderate street cam(no more that .50 of lift), dart heads, MSD ingition and a Dule plane edlebrock intake?
