Carburetor 4 383 stroker...AED HO Performance Carburetor ?

The World of Carbs is still a mystery to me for the most part. im Looking for a new Carburetor for my 383 stroker in my 79 Camaro.

In my research i found these 3 that Carbs that caught my eye. any thoughts?

1.AED HO Performance Carburetor .... AED Performance Racing Carburetors, Holley Carburetors, and Performance Holley Carburetor Parts
2.Holley HP series
3.Quick Fuel Q-Series

+Will i be good running a 650 or should i go towards a 750?
my set up will include a moderate street cam(no more that .50 of lift), dart heads, MSD ingition and a Dule plane edlebrock intake?

you`re about to get 50 different responses from 50 different members .. i like having more carb than i need and not using it rather than having too little and wanting it .( goes with a few other things in life ) .. i run 750 vacuum sec, holleys on everything from my 289 all the way up to my 429 .. the engine will only draw in what it wants .. to a degree .. now you can slam too big a double pumper on stuff ..

Automatic or manual transmission??? For street use with an automatic transmission, a 650 vacuum secondary will work fine!

with the 4 speed, then a mechanical secondary would probably be the better carb

In this link is a CFM calculator.The thing is no one asked you anything about camming/heads etc.You should understand that using someones personal experiences may or may not be the best possible end result.It might work for their application and be meaningless to yours.Gear ratios/tire sizes??.So start with the link and lets walk you threw the doors you need to max a carb for your car.
