Looking over your choices, the 883s are out to many problems no flo aka smog heads. Vortex design is a better bet the roller rockers may fit check the rocker stud size. A used cam is a gamble, need to know exactly what lifer was run on which lobe. If you do not know count on a cam failure, cam and lifter kits are reasonable.
