Small block 69 Chev
I have a 69 V-8 engine idling in my yard. I blew a head gasket, let the engine cool off, drained oil and water came out. The engine is seized. What is the good news? What is the bad news? What do I need to replace? Do I need to have the cylinder walls of the block rescoped, or just the pistons. I don't know a lot about engines, and have just a little cash.
Could it be a 10114182? If so, it is a Gen V 454, 4 bolt 1991 (or later). Hope that helps..
