Unhappy HELP!!!!!!!!Need my power steering to work tommorrow

just bought a rebuilt power steering pump
and its not working, ive bled the lines already,
although my pully does have a slight wobble
since it fell landing on the pully .
It works for a brief moment after i start the
engine but then the steering gets stiff.

I think you have a bum rebuilt unit. These are generally self bleeding. What do you see when you look into the reservour while the engine is running...........is the fluid moving at all? What was the reason you changed out the pump, what was it doing exactly before you replaced it? It could also be your power steering rack, if you have one. Did you see any metallic pieces floating around in the old pump?
