    Thanks guys , I'll look into this more . I love the baffle idea and it should not be too tough to do at home.I got ahold of my exaust guy and he will make the caps for me. Sweet header setup! I am thinking that 2.5" x 12 " trim to length motorcycle baffels might bring the decibal level down even more. Sure save on exaust costs too. LOL
