head identity search
Anyone out there have any information on these heads? #1X157129AC. Yes that is the casting number !! CFD Date code 58 ?? Need to know!!! These are Rec. port cast iron heads.That is all I know. Thanks

Maybe throw up some pictures,That casting number will not come up under any manufacturer. On another site you stated that they where big block rectangular port 1958 vintage ???? that would have to be 348 or 409 but those head castings start with 35..........

Never said they were 1958.Date code is 58 as far as I can tell.That is a code-not the date.
