Does that go into the powervalve signal port in the carb's baseplate? My port is plugged, and has a signal hole in the side of the baseplate. I have a non return valve I could fit to the line, but then the vacuum couldn't escape either and the valve couldn't open.some is good,
more is better
too much is JUST ENOUGH!

to work you wound have to buy the check valve unplug your hole for vac signal.and not use your line your pulling from your intake base. i just would plug the power valve and jump up your size on jets i use the power valve plugs on blower engines it works for me

My engine is too small to run that rich a main jetting. Maybe I could fit that valve inside the hose that supplies my vacuum signal. I was planning to stick the wideband A/F meter on it again, and lean my baseline right out. Then increase the size of the powervalve restrictor orifices, to get a suitably enriched mixture for wide open throttle conditions.
It's only a 2300, so I don't have the benefit of secondaries for WOT enrichment.some is good,
more is better
