    Question Wtb Oil Filter

    Anti-backflow, good or bad ?
I changed this yesterday, when I unscrewed it, about a quart from the oil galleys drained. Turn the filter upside when full, nothing comes out. I'm thinking this keeps oil up there and limits dry starts.
Any other pros or cons ?

Never used one, so I can't comment, but let's put you back to the top where some of the smart people can see your question.

Drain back valve built in. Definitely something I like on cold start ups. Wix, NAPA gold series and quite a few of the OEM recommended filters will have them inside. I'm sure others have some opinions to share and will good to hear from others on what they think.

What if the "Hokey Pokey" is what it's really all about?
