    yeah, all the 12v gen's I'v seen say 12v on the tag, and Dodge did use 12v gens b4 alternators, so maby it was an old swap, as the generators are probably bolt in swaps

    i checked my gnerator its a 6v, now the problem is: I CHANGED SPARK PLUG WIRES,PLUGS,STARTER SOLENOID,DIST. CAP,ROTOR, AND WHEN I TRY TO TURN OVER THE ENGINE ALL I HEAR IS A (CLICK) COMING FROM THE STARTER SOLENOID, BUT THE DAMN THING IS NEW, IM USING A 12V BATTERY DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM?? PLEASE HELP IM GOING CRAZY !!!!!
