We need to know that bit of info first before we can go on. How did you manually turn it over and how far?

i put some motor oil inside the piston, were the spark plug goes, i m going to try to turn the engine manually tomorrow, if the engine is stuck does that mean i have to rebuild the motor? or what else can i do?please help me out im 20 years old and im trying to do everything on my own.
You aren't being very clear on what you have done so far, and that is making it tough on us to help you. Previously you said you had manually turned the motor over, now you are saying you are going to try to do it tomorrow. Gotta help us out here bud. Did you get it to turn over or not? and how far did it turn?
On the suface, it sounds like the motor is froze up, but it's impossible to tell from the conflicting info you are providing.

i turned the engine manually but it was (really) hard to turn, i previously put motor oil down where the plugs go, and it sat for 3 days. i moved it sunday and it turns but with difficulty. what can i do?
Are all the spark plugs out of the motor?
no the new spark plugs were still on, do i have to take them off?
It's much easier to turn the motor over by hand with all the spark plugs removed. You're not fighting against compression in the cylinders.
