how do i fix this

I have a 92 silverado show truck. the oil pump got weak so i pulled it apart and decided to do a complete rebuild. i honed the cylinders but now my pistons are locking up in the cylinders. it ran just fine before and it all got replaced with standard equipment. i had all the parts double checked to make sure i had the right rings and bearings and it was all fine. how do i fix this for little or no expense.

When you re-assembled it did you pay attention to the "thrust side" of the connecting rod?
If you have the rods in the engine backward you might not be able to turn the engine over.

check your timing chain as well if u have the valve train in the motor already...make sure the timing marks on the cam gear and the crank gear line up

Did you lube the pistons when you installed them?

Are the heads back on yet?
My suggestion, start taking it apart turning it, until it frees up...............You should also do this with each step of assembly also.

hope you didn't mix up the main bearings and rod caps. loosen the main bearing caps and see if you can turn the motor.
