Hold it up so it's stretched out fairly well, strike it gently with a screwdriver or metal rod.
Take note of the oscillations produced.

No small wonder they break.

these are good quality springs. the max lift on them is .700, I plan on running .470 or so max figuring in the 1.65 rockers

i dunno... that spread on the spring lift capabilities might actually kill a little bit of performance...... do they make the same springs with lower lift ratings.... if you could get it in like a .500 that would be a lot closer
