    200 I6 how much power

I know, this is a heavilly asked question, and kind of sad being I have Dyno 2000 ( I have ran the #, come up with 275 HP, just wondering if anyone could run them on a better program ). I have a '67 Ford 200 I6 that I'm going to draw thru turbocharge using a Buick 3.8 draw through turbocharger which is a T3 super 60 trim .60/.82 housings. external wastegate and custom carb plenum. I will use a '80 head that has a 1.5" exhaust valve and a 1.4" intake valve, I'm not shure on flow numbers but, the small 6 log heads don't flow well at all, combustion chambers are 62CC and I should have an 8.5:1 compression ratio, and will run 6 PSI boost normally and up to 15 PSI ( with use of boost controller ). 2.5" exhaust. oh, the bore X stroke is 3.68 x 3.126 and will run 27* of total advance. and a 600 CFM Holley 4bbl blower carb
    and for a cam probably this Adv dur - 268/274 Dur @.050 - 208/218 Lift -.455/.480 Lobe center - 110* Range - 1600-5400
what # am I looking at? thanks in advance.

275 does sound a little high, I think I saw the 3.8 ltr having 245 HP. The above link has some build ideas with out the forced induction.

I would say your expectations are a bit high for a high mileage engine with a used turbo.... I doubt a turbo would double the horsepower output...

that's what I was thinking, I know Dyno 2000 like Desktop Dyno tends to run the numbers a little high that's why I wanted a second oppinion. I will be putting in new cast dish pistions and new rings also, forgot to mention that, right now I have flat tops. plan to run this at about 5,500 at the highest. Dyno 2000 says it will make the most HP at 5,500 but the VE is best around 4,500. If I get the new Ford Six head when it comes out, I could easilly get probably 250-300 HP or better with the turbo, but I don't have that kind of money, it will easilly add up to 2k for the head and everything needed to make it work. I'll be happy if I see 200 Hp. Thanks for the help guys.

The guys on ford six say at least 1hp per cube so at least 200 Hp I should get.

yeah around 200 sounds a lot more reasonable to me, i've had a few 200s and blown all of them up.... they run around 140 stock depending on year and such... but you're not gonna like camming it... the 200s really really dont like to idle when cammed...
just because your car is faster, doesn't mean i cant outdrive you... give me a curvy mountain road and i'll beat you any day
