315 Hemi
Not much out there for the Dodge Hemi's, at least compared to the Chrysler's. I'd start with www.hothemiheads.com for info and parts. You can find a bit more on the Allpar site as well.
You can get a couple of different cam grinds from Nielson Vintage Racing Cams, 801-451-7745. Pistons from Ross. Couple of folks make U-Fab log manifolds for this and the Desoto Hemi's. I think that Dodge even offered the 315 Hemi with a dual-quad manifold, try watching ebay.

I bought a 1956 Dodge 500 new. It had a 315 c.i. hemi with a single four barrel, but a dual four barrel option was available. 260 advertised horsepower and something in excess of 330 ft. lbs. of torque at a comparatively low rpm, and 9.5 to 1 (I think) c.r.
These engines can definitely be made to run.
The engine was in a cheapie Coronet 2-door sedan and the only indication that anything was different about it was a little crossed flags emblem on the hood. The car caused feelings of great distress among 283 "power pack" owners, even with its sad one-shifting automatic transmission (it stayed in flat low gear until it dumped over into drive at seventy).
As Mark says, some guys are making log-type intakes for the smaller hemi engines, but I really don't know about aftermarket parts.
