yes if u use a straight linkage, if u use a progressive linkage, they'll go 1 at a time depending on your foot position. with a 4bbl, you will always use at least 2bbls, then ither depending on your foot position ( mechanicle secondaries ) or when vacume allows it ( vacume secondaries ) the second set of 2bbls opens up.
