I have a 350 chevy with an oil leak I cant find. Motor has 2000 miles on it, front and rear seals are good, one peice pan gasket is new and pan is tight, intake is ok, oil sensor port is plugged. I susprct it is leaking around the heads any ideas?

If it's only leakin less than a quarter of a quart between oil changes, it's nothing to worry about. Up to a quart between changes can be lived with as long as you park it over some kitty litter and chase some oil down it's throat every couple hundred miles. Anything heavier than a quart between oil changes = take 'er to an engine shop there's something serious wrong. Slightly off topic, but needed info anyways: did the inline sixes have these bolts too?
there is no oil at the head gasket to leak. more than likely coming from the back of intake and running around the heads. :whacked:Quote:
