It wouldn't be any big deal to tap into the oil pan just below where it bolts to the block and run a hose up to the intake manifold with a PCV valve in the hose somewhere along the line. Or, drill all the way through the intake manifold and epoxy a pipe in that will run from the lifter valley up to atmosphere, attach a hose/valve and away you go.
