Thin Alternator?

I need a thin profile Alternator. I am having a few alignment issues with my GTO. Does anyone make a ....say 3 inch deep alternator that will fit a GM A body with external Voltage Regulator with that thinner profile? Mine is 5 inches deep, and in the way of some hose's I am running.

i think that you might be better off to change the hose routing than to change the alt size. but if you can't then maybe you can change the brackets to the alt and move it out alittle to make clearance good luck

You could mount it on the other side also looks to be room.
