help
im helping a buddy with 66 chevy pick up he baught headers for his truck but we ran into a problem with the transmission arm its in the way is there any way to modify it to where the header on the drivers side will fit with out buying the kit, looking for cheapest and easiest way to do so this kid is only 17 and i figure since he helped me buy my headers i could atleast help him get his headers in, nice guy huh but any ways if you can help please let me know thanx jeremy

is it an auto or a manual? if its an auto, then if theres not much room needed to be made... heat um up and do a lil bending.... other times you just have to buy the relocation parts....just because your car is faster, doesn't mean i cant outdrive you... give me a curvy mountain road and i'll beat you any day

ok on a manual.... i wouldn't reccomend bending anything then, you're going to have to relocate... if the shifter linkage gets messed with it might not shift right anymore, and if its clutch linkage... well, yeah bending that would really be badjust because your car is faster, doesn't mean i cant outdrive you... give me a curvy mountain road and i'll beat you any day
