I have a 400 small block. Just the block with the heads. I plan on sending it out and getting it cleaned and honed.. Now I would like to build a 383 stroker. I'm 16 and this is my first motor. Are there complete kits I can buy to do this? Do I do any boring etc. Anything you can give me for info would help.. Or sites where I can buy kits or parts..Thanks..
