which is better 350 ,or 400 small block chevy motors?

You'll get all kinds of argument over this, but if I were doing it, I'd hunt until I found a standard bore 400 block and bore it 0.020" just to clean it up. I'd use 195 cc AFR heads with 74 cc combustion chambers and have them drilled for steam holes.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.
