62 t-bird starter

hi

i have a 62 t-bird\390 with all racing equpments , but the starter is killed , so i want to now if the powermasters xs torque starter will fit good with no problems , and by the way the 390 engine rotaites anti-clock way ,,, so i hope thats not big problem .
