I had a 267 in an 81 Grand Prix a few years ago. I put a Q-jet on it, headers, full 2-1/4 dual exhaust and a th350 with a shift kit!! It was pretty slow though. Don't expect a miracle! Couple of my friends said it sounded wicked though.... haha.

I would just go with basic bolt ons for now. Stuff you know you'll be able to swap onto a bigger small block.
