I think by time that I mill the heads and intake, open up the valves I will have too much money into these heads. If I bought rebuilt from a parts store, I would still have to put new springs in for the cam and then I would still have the question about light casting heads. I guess my question is, is there a head out there that would work on a 305 that is heavy casting and a 1.84 valve. Has anyone ever had problems with "light casting" heads?
