This is doable Mo, if you have the money I'll help you with your combo- but first your going to need some special tools for this.
You'll need a small grinder simular to - but NOT a dremel- that has a top speed of 13,000 rpm, a degree wheel & dial indicator, a set of gram scales (ditgital), a full set of mikes. These are just enough to get you started, after you have these and 500 dollars extra in cash for the machine shop, let me know & we'll procede.
