street legal shouldnt be the question. The question should be streetable. I would say 500 streetable HP from a 327 would be pretty tough normally aspirated.
But than, whats the definition of streetable ? are we talkin something to just do a little local cruising between valve spring changes , or something that you can take just about anywhere reliably ? or something somewhere in between ?
