i have used the high volume pump a lot of times, but i wouldnt use a high pressure one. for st. use a stock one should be fine.

I have heard that they can starve the bottom end of oil at high RPM, and some suggest going with a larger oil pan (i.e. 7 qt). I have used HV oil pumps in the past and have never had any problems whatsoever...and that was with 20W-50 and 10W-30.
