    Hot Rod Reunion

     



    Anyone going this year? I have been trying to get my car to run the NE1 class now for a while with a single dominator and it has been hard to hit that #. I just got an injectorator system and finally got it installed and plumbed up. So hopefully some alcohol injection will give me that little extra I need. Going to do a test n tune before we head down in October.

    On the NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Racing Series there was a New England Hot Rod Reunion a couple of weeks back, and there's a California Hot Rod Reunion in October at Bakersfield which must be the one....

    If so, then it's the one that I went to last year and met up with a couple of online Compadres for the first time. That one also has the Cacklefest at the end of the event which is a sight to behold, even after a very loooooong day. I hoped to go again this year but I don't think I'll be able to pull it off with my eye surgery and the wiffy's health. I had planned on buying Jerry a beer or two and shaking his hand this time also but it probably ain't gonna happen in 2013. Sorry for the semi-hijack !

    I want to go but have a couple things happening that might interfere with the plans, however if Cruz says that hes taking the Firebird tribute car, I'll have to go as it seems to want to run and win races when I'm hanging out where its at-------After winning the World Series at Cordova, need to carry on----
