No "Ohio George", that really doesn't surprise me. Great pics Jerry
Some great "shots" there! Thanks Jerry.
Hmmmmm, a '39 Chev coupe. This one's a lot cleaner than my old gasser, but it still stokes the memories. Good pics........
A ton of great pic's, Jerry! Thanks for posting!
Two dumb questions for you guys from this novice: 1: why is some cars lifted in the rear while others have their slicks on the hard?
2: what is with the large wrap stuff around some of the exhaust outlets, are they just heat shields or are they 4 into 1 set ups?
I known I should know but I have never been really into drags so I'm learning.
Exhaust collectors were discovered to help scavage the exhaust and that ere most were just 4 straight tubes(especially on supercharged engines)
Cars were set up higher for better weight transfer---before the days of 4 links-----
