    Pat, it wasn't the Wayne County car with the NOS fire at the line, it was Jerry Eckman that had a NOS bottle explode in the pits at Columbus. NHRA came down real hard on him with huge fine, etc but they never 'officially' caught Wayne County with NOS.

    long time ago but they did have a back fire at the line with one of there cars No "officially" they were never caught
