Best way to do a burnout? Thats easy. Get a set of really bad tires and a good V8, preferably GM, 350+CI, and find something that has really bad traction. Then, pull and plug the back brakes on the master cylinder, and apply gas. Lots and lots of gas.
Just be sure that there are no cops around
