    John I think that is KEN in the outside lane with the black racing heels in the tights! I'm concerned that the cop on the left side of the photo is going to give Ken a "BIG" ticket for indecent exposure!!! The cop must think when Ken comes off the line he will be going to LET IT ALL HANG OUT and go for a track record.
