"The good ol' days!"

I remember listening to the U.S.30 ads on WLS radio ...."Sunday Sunday Sunday, at beautiful U.S.30 Dragstrip....Drag racing captital of Chicagolaaaaand." Also, there were all of those Mr.Norm's, and Knickey Chevrolet ads! (Sorry. No backward "K" on my keyboard)

I was glad to see many pictures of the local legend, Shake Rattle & Run '57 Chevy. I didn't notice if there was a shot of that starter who did 1/4 mile wheelstands while standing on the seat of the bike.
