We went back to running an alternator on the drag cars, sometimes towards the end of the day they like to "quick round" the cars and I'd hate to get caught with a low battery and electronic ignition!!!!


The one I was looking at used 16V for start and 12V for powering up the rest of the system.... Just wondered if that's all there was or if it was designed that way for some other purpose......??????
