My pc,s been crashed the last 2 weeks. Just got it back a few minutes ago. Thats funny you just now saw this Pat, I bet I posted this well over a year or two ago. I will dig through my stuff in a few weeks and try and sort out any more I might have, If none I will at least send the full size shots to your e-mail so you can at least print good 8x10,s from them. Glad you finally got to see them !

    Talking Ron Ellis Pics

    Pat

Feel like i should know you . Ron and i were very good friends . And i raced with him for several years . I found this site when i was looking for old pics of Ron . I have a bunch of old 8x10s hanging in the garage that Barb gave me years ago . I think that one posted showing the car with the funny car cage was at Tri City , during a match race with one hand Willie Borsh . Were you some relation to Ron ? I still talk to Kelli every month or so . Stopped and seen her and Niki last fall, They are doing well . My son and I are still racing . We are running a 34 chevy roadster in Super / Gas and Super/ Rod . We run several NHRA & IHRA Div and Nat events . If you get out to the races , stop buy and say hey. Thanks Jim Yates

    Ron Ellis Pics

Hey Pat McCarthy I am new to this board , and was looking for old Ron Ellis pics. I noticed in your posts that you new Ron . I was good friends with Ron and his family , and raced with him for several years. Those old pics bring back a lot good memories . I have several old 8x10s hanging in the garage , that were given to me by Barb several years ago . I still keep in contact with Kelli & Niki and stopped to see them last fall . I feel like we should know each other some how , but its been a lot of years. The one pic of the old Green`T even has my name on the cowl LOL . And one pic shows us at a match race with one hand Willie Borsh at Tri City Dragway . My son and I are still racing. We run a 1934 chevy roadster in S/G & S/R We do several NHRA & IHRA Dev and Nat events each year. If you get out to the races next summer stop by and say hey . I will try to post a pic of our car , if don`t screw it up . Thanks Jim Yates
