About a month and a half ago I offered a guy 400 for his with title. He was excited (expected much less) and ready to sell.I thought about it a little and also have been out of town for the last month and a half. So I call him again and now he says no less than 500. The car has been wrecked and missing a fender, no motor , no trans, missing a seat, missing part of the wing in the back, no windshield, and has a sunroof cut into the top. Otherwise its all there, meaning it has not been cut up. I have looked on the internet and found a parts car sells for about 250. Looking on the web a little more I dont see many "stock cars" being sold. What do you guys think a parts car should sell for?
