problems with the ignition timing? 350csb

Hello there!!!
I´m new in this forum and I´m building a 350 csb with a blower.
Last year it worked perfect and now when I´m rebuildning it and try to start it starts.
When I check the ignition timing it´s 25degr. at idle speed. Same as last year.
When I go up to 3000rpm, the timing is 22deg.
At 4000 rpm, the timing is 20degr.
Shouldn´t it be stady at 25deg, no matter the rpms???
What can it be that makes it behave like that?

Try disconnecting your vacuum advance and shoot it again. I think you will see different results. By the way, did you have the blower last year?

Advance weights should be looked at. Too many are reversed during inspection and as the thing rotates, they pull the rotator to the opposite direction. Just a thought.
