HERE Is the law in California. It does not specifically say a car can or will be crushed but it does state that it "may be forfeited upon conviction". I guess once the car has been forfeited they can do what ever they want with it. I have read where they had crushed some cars, once in front of the offender.....
I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
