1938 Fiat Topolino

Would anyone like to speculate on what this might be worth?

Complete with doors, fenders, headlights and sunroof hardware.

I dont know these cars well but there was one at the turlock swap meet that I believe was a complete shell and close to the condition of the one in the pic and I heard some guys throwing around a number of 2500 bucks. Now they might not have even been talking about that car but it seemed as if that was the number they were trying to buy it for. One things for sure, the one at the swap meet got a lot of attention.

if the chassic goes with it, then $2,500 to $ 3,500 seems like a good price.
it would make a great little cruiser or drag car
