Thumbs up A race ready factory car from Daimler-Chrysler

There’s a good chance aRace-ready Hemi Challenger "Package car", similar to the 1965 A990 and the 1968 “A” bodies, could make an appearance in the coming year. Take a gander at this FACTORY DRAG RACER

Fords Rule, Mopars Drool!!!!! Doubt the new 500 horse Shelby will take a back seat to any of them... Have you caught the commercial where the guy ships his to Germany? German dock worker asks if he couldn't find a German car he likes, guy tells him he couldn't find a US speed limit he liked!!!!!

Challenger is a way kewl car, guess I'll wait for the Hemi Cuda to come back, missed them the first time around!!!!!!

Well, mopar had to do something to keep up to the ford Mustangs right Dave...ha ha ha...Its amazing how much they all want to go back and make the same muscle cars they made in the late 60's early 70's...one would think they would just use the same body molds they had for those cars and build them again, but with better suspensions, steering and electnoics. But then again, i would rather have the older engines, hell, we could fix just about anything right on the side of the road....ha ha ha

These factory "retro" muscle cars just dont instill the awe-inspiring feeling that the originals do when you first look at them. It's nice they're trying to bring muscle back, but its way too retro for me.

"Wimps" No , "WANABES" yes , thats the same thing that drove up the prices on pick-ups. They want the exterior looks but all the comforts of home inside.

A brand new factory built '68 Shelby GT 500 or a Hemi Cuda for 40K???? Heck I would be all over them, check book in hand!!!!! Sounds like a heck of a good plan to me, wish we could talk the Manufacturers into it!!!!!
