GM posi identification
I picked up a gm posi carrier ratchet style 28 spline but don't know any other details. How do I tell if it is a 7.5, 8.2, 8.5 or what series? All help is appreciated.

measure where the inside of ring gear bolts to the carrier. far as i know thats the ring gear size.Originally posted by Powertool
