Rich?
Rich? Hardly, I was an Air Force E-4, working full time for the AF and part time for Brandeis Tire center in orer to afford gas and parts! The slicks and wheels came as a set from a swap meet I think, they were just the right offset and size to fit in the wheel well, I had to be careful going around corners to keep them from rubbing, had to bend the inner fender lip up a bit too.Originally posted by Dave Severson
Sure do recognize good old Cornhusker, Pat !!! Thanks for the pics... You must have been one of the rich kids, it looks like the slicks are mounted on CHROME wheels !!!!!
PatOf course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong!
