Old technology guy needs help. Have a 68 Chevelle with a 540 Merlin, having trouble hooking up. Need on hand advice as to how to proceed. Have air bags, lift bars and 10.5 MT's. Best 60' is 1.55. I read about these people running 9-10.5 tires and hooking up with 1.2-1.4 60' times, how do they do it? You see pics of them standing the car on the back bumper, now thats hooking a car up!
