That type of setup was very typical of stuff built in the '90s, so could be roughly from the late '80s to early 2000s. All common stuff. When you say "repair the brakes" that's a bit vague. For instance, the calipers are GM midsize from that era and earlier, fairly common (I think I even have one in my parts cabinet), the brackets for the caliper were made by a lot of folks, so no magic there.
