Roger, thanks for your explanation but I understood your advice to Gary, that's the reason I suggested the need for increased clearance if he bolted the tabs on. I agree with you, I wouldn't weld on the condenser tube as well, but if welding was his choice, the four blocks you suggest for bolting the tabs to would be a better location to weld, that's how the tabs are attached to my PRC condenser. I'm confident once Gary realizes he doesn't need to attach the condenser to the grille shell, he will find his best solution. Thanks again for helping!!
