As one who shoots a lot of photos, I have to say it is a nice angle but the photographer needs to avoid shooting into the sun. It would be a great picture if the sun was coming from over the photographer's shoulder.
Great angle indeed yes a bit bright as photos go, car looks good ..
Dude !!!!!!!!!! I don't know what your deffinition of a rat rod is. But that ain't one.:LOL:
Great picture! Are those Mickey Thompson's sticky enough for you, especially when pulling out and getting on it? Just looking for Plan B for me, for when I wear down mine and if they are "too loose" for having some fun. You sure have a cool ride there.
Thanks Pat,,,for most of my "driving habits",the M/T's are sticky enough and they are smooth riding as well,I really like them.
How's Your build coming along.
I've been keeping with my update page, but I'd like to be on it more. To make things worse, I may be moving to Baltimore to become a Terminal Manager there for my company. I'm still only 2 1/2 hours from the Family/Coupe, but it may add some more time for it to get done. I should know by July 20th if they choose me or not. My heart doesn't want to go, but it's a great career move for me, and alot more $$$. I love where I'm at, so it's a win win for me either way. Leaving it in God's hands now.
Nice picture. Whenever we have our local car show, by the time the cars are all parked it's about 9:30 a.m. By then it seems there is no good angle without the sun's glare causing problems. I use a polarizing filter, but, it seems I'm always upgrading to a new lens, and don't have the appropriate Polarizing filter to do the job. All have uv haze filters to protect lens, but the polarizers do a fine job of cutting glare!. I've never been to a car show where you get in early enough for idea sun angles! Still love the angle of this shot!
I have to agree with the sun position. An ND filter would have helped some. Photoshop helps some, but there's no substitute for getting the shot before you click.

Cool 32 though so it's hard to get a bad picture.
Thanks for the repost with photoshop! It reminded me I need the Polarizing filter on my new lens. Got me thinking, found my old AE1 and sure enough, it had a 62mm polarizing filter I could use for my Digital SLR Nikon's new wide angle zoom lens! Love it when I can save some cash this way!
Your 32 is awesome! I love it, and nice pic too! :)
Here's a kool picture of my ride from a photographer I meet at a local car show,,,,he does nice work.
Nicely done collage
I gotta say I liked it a lot better in post #1 & 11, before you gave Mike Lavallee the big $$$$, but beauty's in the eye of the beholder. Nice picture.
Yes Roger, I know it isn't mine or even your car to say, but I did like the paint job before the flames. Just something about a car with a plain paint job, even black on a fibreglass body, that shows simply how straight the panel work is, then the flames tend to distract ones eye away from the overall finish of the body. Another thing I'm not keen on is naming a car, eg, 1 bad 32 as in this case, as there will always be someone who has build a meaner quicker car and although this example has the looks, doesn't mean it has the grunt to go with it or the owner driver prepared to use the loud pedal to proof it. Now, before anybody starts opening their gun cabinets and loading for bear, me , this is just my opinion....so please don't take offense at this post, but then again if you didn't want comments you wouldn't of posted pictures.... Actually , having another look, " Killer 32 ".
I like it....looks killer.
Just because I wouldn't do flames on my car doesn't mean I can't appreciate it on yours.
PS: I suspect you've said this here previously but please tell me how much boost you run with your blower and what the CR is in your 383...thanks. In fact, I'll go look in another of your threads for that.
nice looking car.
i like it with and without the flames!

Nice photographic work!
Whiplash,,I would never get upset with anything you say,,I understand that it's totally your opinion.
I also really liked it when it was all black, but I've always had cars that were "just a little different" than the rest.
I LOVE it the way it looks!!!
Thanks for looking!!
Hot Rod Nick,,I'm running about 7 lbs of boost w/ the 6-71,,I'll have to get back to w/ the cam specs tomorrow.
I was going thru my engine specs and it actually has bout 615 hp at the engine,,,I had better correct the # in the pictures!
^ thanks. That bad 32 must be quite peppy ;)
I can relate a little bit to what you're saying. My roadster only has a bit shy of 550hp, a little more torque, and when asked I usually say something about it being "lethally violent in a pleasant and satisfying way". My Supra has more power, over 700 @ crank, and is faster and handles better than a runaway stagecoach, but the roadster is definitely quicker until approaching triple digit speeds. One day soon I want to line 'em up with me in the '32.
That really is "1Bad32"-gorgeous, and I'm on the fence about the flames, as I am contemplating the same issue, but nonetheless, I love it (especially the tailights)-
Thanks for not shooting me. To be totally honest, as I am all the time, so why do we say that , but I digress, I had to go back a check out the tail lights too. Now just on the hush and certainly don't let the other fellas' know I said this, I so like your interior and the colour choice, the rear end of the car is pretty pleasing on the eye too . So maybe just the art work on the trunk lid is my stumbling point. In saying that , I would be damn proud to have that baby sitting in my garage too.
Thanks to all of you for the kind words!!
Nick,,the cam specs are:236/244/112.00 lobe sep.
lobe lift:.3470

Have been going through some of the old posts this morning trying to catch up. Beautiful car!!!
I just needed to come back to the pic you posted to make me feel good. That coupe is awesome!
