Cool! Congratulations on a nice, nice coupe. I hope I can see it in person one of these days.
Lynn's offline, but if you click his screen name, go to his profile, and the "about me" tab you'll see he's in Macomb, Illinois, which is a long, long haul from Valencia, CA ;) If you decide to make the drive stop by Gardner, KS (KC area) on your way!! I'd love to see it, too, and we can swing by and show Jack what his guys put together for you, too!!
If I get to California this year, I may give you a call if I am in the neighborhood.
Rodger,,,let's see how dependable she runs and I just might do that!!!
Lynn,,anytime Your in the area,,,look Me up!
Some more,,,
Beautiful!! Seats look comfy. How's the leg room?
Tom
Congratulations and enjoy! It looks awesome! What size drag radial do you have, what is the backspacing on the rim, and is the rear 56" wide? I really like the tire to body spacing on yours, and I'm trying to get ideas for when mine is here. Thanks in advance!
Rear tires are M/T 315/60/15's and the wheels are 15x10 with a 4" back space,,,I'm not sure on how wide the rear end is but I can find out and let You know later!!
Thanks for the kind words,
George
Thanks George! My brother "loaned" me the spacers/wheels off his 47 Ford Truck, so I will get to see what a 2.5" backspace, with 56" width rear looks like. I'm thinking 2.5" to 3" will give me the look I like, so I will have a good start, before getting steel wheels made. My Dad and I don't want the tire too close to the body, and we like a nice gap, but not too much. My Coupe is getting closer to coming home!
Love to see some pics Pat!!!
