You've missed the most important part. You need a short water pump. Since the engine is so narrow, the exhaust manifolds usually aren't an issue. A nice set of ceramic coated headers will look nicer and manage heat better though. The front sump oil pan (and pump) can interfere with the front crossmember on most later rod fodder, but shouldn't be an issue on your '32. Still, I would trial fit the engine during mock up to make sure it doesn't interfere with the steering before stepping up to the rear sump oil pan kit. Hopefully you got the Gibbon body with the recessed firewall so you'll have additional room for proper fan and shroud after changing the pump.
